This apartment is situated in a quiet area surrounded by mountain pastures, just outside the city centre of Rokytnice nad Jizerou. Rokytnice is one of the most important holiday towns in the Giant mountain range. The infrastructure in town has been enriched with: restaurants, self service shops, sport shops, tennis courts, sport hall, information centre and banks. This apartment is on the first floor of an apartment complex with 4 apartments. All rooms have floor heating. Around the house is a common garden with a seat, fire place, table tennis, playground and its own trout pond. The owner lives in the same house but respects your privacy. There is a bus stop 300m away from the house. An excellent point to see the beauty of the Giant Mountains and many places of interest in the area. In the living room is a large kitchen area, sitting corner and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a bench, large storing space, table model fridge, and electric cooker with two elements, an electrical kettle and coffee machine. The dining area has a table and six chairs. Besides that there is a large couch that can be turned into a 5th bed and a TV. The bath room, which is equipped with a separate washing stand, shower corner and heated towel rack. There is a separate toilet. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. It is a modernly decorated and fully equipped apartment. The main places of interest in Rokytnice are the St. Micheals church and the beautiful city hall. Both Dolní náměstí (the lower square) and Horní náměstí (the upper square) are very lively, because of all the shops, restaurants and other facilities. Near Rokytnice is the old mountain house Dvoračky and also the the river Huťsky, in which falls of 50m long drop down. There is a dense network of walkways that go by almost all of the holiday areas. Across the summits of the Giant mountain range, is a 40km long touristical road, called the "Krkonoše magistrále". You will see beautiful taverns build of wood, painted in bright colours and some of them are enriched witch nice carvings. The museum of Paseky (11km) is dedicated of wooden musical instruments and the Giant Mountain range. In Vysoke nad Jizerou (11km) is a museum dedicated to the first skiing club of Middle Europe. The holiday resort Harrachov (16km) has a glass museum, a historical cable car, numerous sport facilities and the nearby Mumlavský vodopad falls. Along the river Labe (Elbe) you can drive to Spindlerův Mlýn (40km). There you'll find a a special attraction, the 4km long summer toboggan slide. In Vrchlabí (26km) you can view the beautiful traditional wooden houses and a castle in Baroque style. There is also a zoo. The city of Liberec (45km) has some beautiful 17th century wooden houses, the St Antonius church and the town hall, for which Vienna’s town hall stood as an example. Only 300m from the house are various restaurants where you can end the day with a good and fair priced meal. In the house house-shoes or slippers will need to be worn. Smoking is prohibited.
