The house is situated in a quiet part of Nová Ves nad Nisou, at the foot of the "Cerna Studnice" (the black fountain). On top of this hill you will find an observation tower and restaurant. This newly-built house is located in the woods and makes an ideal accommodation for 7 (maximum 8) persons. There is a large fenced garden with a barbecue and sitting area. From here you have a view, on the one side of the Jizera Mountains, and on the other side of the Giant Mountains. In the vicinity you will find hiking trails and at a distance of just 300 meters there is the village with its restaurant and grocery store. In Jablonec nad Nisou, 5 km away, there are more shops. Small pets are welcome and you have access to both a garage and parking for 2-3 cars. This house is suitable for families with children. At the entrance there is a door to the garage. On the ground floor you will find: a dining room with a wood-burning stove; a bathroom equipped with a shower, sink and toilet; and a kitchen which contains a refrigerator, stove with ceramic hotplates and electric oven, coffee maker, kettle and microwave.
